We are big fans of Thai cuisine and we love to share yummy food with our guests. We have designed our Mon Ing Suk Menu especially for you.

 

You will have the chance to order these dishes and taste the Thai cuisine of our village chef.

All the ingredients we use come from local markets or our own ecological garden. We grow our own vegetables and spices behind the house. So you can be sure of tasting quality products.

MENU A LA CARTE

THAI GREEN PAPAYA SALAD (SOM TUM)

Salad made with green papaya, roasted salted peanuts, fresh bean sprouts, tomatoes, spring onions, dried shrimp, lime, garlic, Thai basil leaves, fresh coriander, red chili with fish sauce.  

 

 

PHAT KAPHRAO

Stir fried pork, chicken or beef with Thai holy basil and garlic, onions, beans, rice, made with with soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, cane sugar and chili. Optional: fried egg on top.

MINCED PORK 

One signature dish served with sticky rice and spicy red sauce with chili paste or green garlic sauce. 

​

GRILLED CHICKEN 

Chicken cooked on the barbecue with sticky rice and spicy red sauce with chili paste or green garlic sauce.

CLEAR SOUP

Soup made with minced pork, cabbage and celery leaves, spring onion, egg tofu, coriander root, soy and oyster sauce. 

​

FRIED RICE

Stir fried rice with scramble eggs, veggies, garlic, soy and oyster sauce, sesame oil.

STIR FRIED VEGGIES

Mix of stir fried veggies.
